Please read carefully

1.Terms.

Terms are as quoted for the accommodation only. Bookings are normally for check in at 4pm and then departure check at or by 10am. However, flexibility depending on flights is always considered for your comfort and convenience. Upon departure we appreciate you leaving the accommodation in a tidy and clean state.

  1. Booking Confirmation and Cancellations.

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of a 50% deposit being paid to either our UK sterling or our Spanish Bank euros account.  The deposit is non-refundable in the event of a later cancellation. However,  if reasonable written notice is given and we are able to re-let the accommodation – then we will refund 50% of any monies paid over. If booking is made within a month of travel then we take the full amount at the time of booking.

YOU CAN PAY BY PAYPAL BUT THERE IS A 5% SURCHARGE FOR THAT SERVICE – JUST LET ME KNOW IF YOU WOULD PREFER THAT AND I WILL SEND A PAYPAL INVOICE DIRECT TO YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.

  1. Payment of balance.

Normally this is paid on arrival in euros CASH.  An appointment would be made to collect this usually the day after your arrival.

  1. Availability.

Should the accommodation not be available due to circumstances beyond our control – eg fire/damage, then alternatives may be offered but not guaranteed. If no other accommodation is found for you – all sums will be returned to you.

  1. Insurance.

As an independant travellor we strongly recommend you take out travel insurance.   Please ensure that you have adequate insurance to cover you for your chosen activities.

  1. Number of persons in your party.

Should be as agreed at time of booking confirmation. 

  1. Damage.

Damage or breakages are to be paid for by the guest party. (reasonable wear and tear excepted). Please either replace anything you break or at least report it to us so that the standard of inventory can be maintained – thank you.

  1. Advertisement.

The information on the advertisement is given in good faith. We reserve the right to make changes to the accommodation in the interests of improvement.

  1. Smoking

Smoking is not permitted inside the property.

  1. On departure Upon departure we would expect and appreciate you leaving the accommodation in a tidy and clean state. Always dispose of the remainder of your rubbish please in the local bins and during your stay please do this on a DAILY basis to discourage insects. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE THE WASHING AND DRYING OF YOUR DISHES TO OUR CLEANERS. It would also be very helpful if it could be made obvious if any laundry has not been used by placing the dirty linen in the shower/bathroom areas.  Thank you.
