Hello, and welcome to my website, which will help you find the perfect apartment or villa for your holiday here.

My name is Linda Lister and I have lived in Lanzarote for 17 years. As at the end of 2024 I officially retired but have decided to keep the website going. The rental properties advertised here are located in the most popular resort of Costa Teguise, predominately in the stunning Playa Bastian and Los Molinos areas. These range from one and two bedroom apartments to cosy bungalows and a couple of 3 bed villas with private pools.

Over the years, many of my guests have become loyal clients returning to this lovely place time and time again. The difficult times that we all experienced in Covid times prompted me to have this website built to enable me to reach out to more and more people to offer my reliable and personal service.

Everything was perfect. The area is calm and absolutely gorgeous. The flat is cosy, clean and comfortable. Linda is a wonderful host. She is always willing to help and recommend something. Fully recommend!

Casa Jaime

We have been to Costa Teguise many times before but this was our first time to this particular area. The villa itself is very spacious, much bigger than in the photos and was spotlessly clean and furnished to a high standard. The pool and outside patio was fantastic and the area is very quiet, though 5 minutes walk to the nearest supermarket, bars and restaurants. A further 10/15 minute stroll to the main square and centre of town. Many thanks to Linda and Angela who were on hand to answer any questions. We will definitely be back.

Just got back from staying in this lovely bungalow. Has absolutely everything you could need. 2 lovely size rooms and bathrooms living area spacious and kitchen great whole apartment spotless . Outside patio lovely for coffee and breakfast in great location close to all amenities. Contact with owner fantastic even to where we received weather warning during our stay by email. Highly recommend this villa and owner. Thank you for a lovely stay I’m sure we will be back.

Excellant villa We have just returned from a weeks holiday in this beautiful villa June 2019. IT WAS FANTASTIC. We could not fault a thing, the villa was spotless, very well equipped and comfortable, everything you could need for a self-catering break in the sun. The villa is in a great location very peaceful and only a short walk (5 mins) to the supermarket, bars and restaurants and only a little further to walk into the main square to more restaurants and shops and to the beachfront promenade, The outside area is excellent it has plenty of space including sunny and shady areas, a built in BBQ and a superb pool that our Grandson really enjoyed, it’s a great area for all to enjoy hot sunny days and warm evenings as a group or family. We would recommend this villa to anyone it is ideal for families; groups of friends and we will definitely be back. PS - The villa Manager Angela is excellent and was there to help if we needed her.

The location was perfect, quiet but easily accessible to everything we needed for a great family holiday and only a 10 to 15 minute stroll to the beach. Our young grandsons enjoyed the warm pool every day. The villa is incredibly well equipped, very clean, spacious and well maintained. Communication with Linda was superb from start to finish. We will definitely be back!

Perfectly located a few minutes walk from the lovely Playa Bastian beach, the apartment itself is very cozy with everything you could possibly need for your stay. The Playa Bastian complex is excellent and Casas Verdes has its own private pool and garden which is very peaceful. A supermarket and great restaurants are just across the road and to top if all off Linda is simply a wonderful host, on call for anything you might need or questions you might have. I couldn't recommend this apartment more highly!

I have stayed quite a few times at Playa Bastian and this has to be up there with my favourites. The apartment is very comfortable and the view is gorgeous, overlooking the pool and out to sea. It is close to all amenities and some fab restaurants are close by. I really hope to return one day soon! Thanks for a hassle free booking Linda.

Just back from this apartment, we enjoyed last year but this time it was really excellent. The apartment has had some upgrades new windows and sofa and was immaculately presented on arrival, they say first impressions count and the place was spotless! Lovely quiet complex, ideal for small families, couples or the retired, only 15 minutes from the heart of the town, gorgeous El Jablillo beach a mere 10 minute stroll. Hats off to Linda and her team, excellent communications and no hassles at all! Highly recommended!

Excellent accommodation. Amazing terrace with sea views. Quiet and excellent location. The apartment is at first line of the beach, with a big terrace. You can hear the sound of the sea and it’s perfect for relaxing. The room is big and comfortable, and it has access to the terrace. The bathroom has no doors and it’s in the same room as the bedroom, however for us this was not a problem. It is located in a quiet area, near by there are shops for food, restaurants and beaches. Peter and Linda are very nice people. I came here with my boyfriend and we enjoyed a lot. If we come back to Lanzarote, we will definitely stay here.

Good location, near public transport, restaurants and shops, near pool and beach. Big balcony with furniture, plenty of towels, kitchen is well equiped. Big bathroom and overall size of the appartment. There is selection of books!

Bungalow 31

We have just spent a wonderful 10 nights in this lovely bungalow. The bungalow had everything we needed for a perfect holiday. The site was lovely and quiet and close to all amenities. The information pack directed us to some lovely restaurants - our favorites include La Bohemia, Cesera, El Patio and Davina. Access to the waterfront enabled us to follow our hobby of walking and provided a beautiful and picturesque situation for this. Thank you for allowing us to rent your beautiful , clean property-

Lovely break
Had a lovely break at No 31! The bungalow has everything you need for a perfect stay. We loved opening the bi-fold doors onto the terrace - so easy to switch between sun and shade. It was a lovely place for ****** for revise for her GCSEs whilst ***** and I walked along the beach or into town. We would definately recommend "Sausalito" restaurant, lovely welcome , friendly staff and good food.
